Peru 2026 Women's Trip Details

When: June 8-16th, 2026

Who:Women 21+ who crave outdoor adventure, meaningful cultural experiences, personal transformation and deeper connection—with themselves and an incredible group of like-minded travelers. *Please note this trip is limited to only 16 women.

What: Kick off the trip in Cusco with a delicious and unforgettable welcome dinner. The next day head to the Sacred Valley where you will spend a day visiting a llama and alpaca farm, exploring the Inca site of Pisac, shopping in colorful markets, and visiting the Maras salt mines. The next you will day begin a 4 day/3 night trek to Machu Picchu via the Lares + Inca trails (with the last day being at Machu Picchu).

After the trek, you will head back to Cusco, where you spend a day wandering around the charming city and taking a Peruvian cooking class. The final day will be horseback riding to the iconic Rainbow Mountain!

Meet Your Peru Trip Leader

 

Priscila (known as “Pri”) is originally from Brazil and now lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, Claudio, and their two adventure-loving kids. In 2021, she launched @kerws.onthego to share their family’s Pacific Northwest adventures and love for the outdoors to include hiking, paddling and camping.

Having joined several Your Limitless Adventures group trips with me to different destinations around the world, Pri has experienced firsthand the power of adventure and connection to spark transformation—helping her rediscover the fearless adventurer within. 

In 2024, she became a certified Life Coach and now, through @pines.and.soul, helps women get unstuck, build confidence, and step into the lives and dreams they’ve been longing for through the healing power of nature.

On a personal note, Pri has become a dear friend of mine over the years and I couldn't have chosen anyone more perfect to lead this incredible trip to Peru! I am confident you will love her just as much as I do! :)

I WANT TO GO TO PERU!

Accommodations & Transportation

All lodging and transportation once your arrive to Cusco will be provided for you throughout the trip. For most of the trip, you will be staying in 3 and 4-star hotels in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. 

During the trek, you will camp the first night and spend the next two nights at hotels in Ollaytantambo and Aguas Calientes. The trek will be a private group which includes an incredible team of local guides, horseman and horses (carrying the gear), and chefs.

Rates are based on shared occupancy, however you will have your own bed. If you prefer your own room, please contact me and I will arrange that for an extra fee (availability not always guaranteed).

Transportation and transfers once you arrive to Cusco are included. You will need to arrange your international flights to Lima and then a short, domestic flight from Lima to the Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco (CUZ), arriving no later than 4PM on June 8th, 2026 (local time) and departing anytime on July 16th.

Peru Women's Trip Itinerary

 

Day 1 (June 8th): Arrival at the Cusco airport (Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport) by 4PM, welcome dinner at local restaurant

Day 2 (June 9th): Spend a full day in the Sacred Valley—visiting llamas and alpacas at a traditional farm, uncovering the history of Pisac’s Inca ruins, shopping colorful markets, and taking in the breathtaking Maras salt mines.

Day 3 (June 10th): Begin the Lares trek through the beautiful Andes mountains, lakes, waterfalls and remote villages. Total distance is about 7–8 miles/11–13 km with an elevation gain of about 2,300 ft/700 m, sleep at camp (altitude approx 12,800 ft/3900 m)

Day 4 (June 11th): Continue the Lares trek to the Pachacutec Pass (altitude approx 14,800 ft/4500 m). Total distance is 9–10 miles/14–16 km with an elevation gain of about 2,600 ft/800 m, sleep at hotel in Ollaytantambo

Day 5 (June 12th): Take a scenic train ride to mile marker 104 where you will then begin your final day trekking on the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, entering through the famous "Sungate" during golden hour. Total distance is about 7 miles/11 km with 2,000 ft/600 m of elevation gain, sleep in hotel in Aguas Calientes

Day 6 (June 13th): Enter Machu Picchu in the morning, spend several hours walking through the Inca site (*optional hike to Huayna Picchu), take train back to Ollaytantambo and then transfer to Cusco

Day 7 (June 14th): Wander the quaint cobblestone streets of Cusco around Plaza de Armas and San Blas, take a Peruvian cooking class

Day 8 (June 15th): Spend a day at Rainbow Mountain where you will ride horses and then take a short walk to the summit

Day 9 (June 16th): Departure for airport

Travel Requirements & Other Important Info

  • A valid passport (must have at least six months of validity at time of entry)
  • Evidence of proof of onward travel (return ticket) 
  • To see up-to-date travel requirements and restrictions for Peru, go here
  • For this particular trip, you should have some hiking experience and a good fitness level to be able to hike 7-10 miles per day on moderate to challenging terrain for the trek portion of the trip. The most difficult aspect of the trek is the altitude, however there are things you can do to prevent or treat altitude sickness.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of registering, you will receive a 100% refund on your deposit. After that, there will be NO refunds for cancellations, even illness. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and I need to cancel the trip, I will refund you.

Additionally, I will not provide any refunds 90 days prior to the departure of the trip, if you register within that time frame. Lastly, it is HIGHLY recommended to purchase travel insurance before the trip.

This way if you need to cancel for any reason OR have any accidents or medical issues while traveling, you will be covered by your travel insurance company.
